Hi,

I have bought a genuine copy of Kaspersky Internet Security 2009, Complete Protection. It tells me on the instructions that i need to enter my serial number on the website to enable me to recieve an activate code. The website, www.thaikaspersky.com is not working! so, i cannot activate my virus protection and i do not have any other protection on my computer as when i installed Kaspersky it asked me to remove my old virus software before i could continue. Please could you help ASAP?
I have tried all other Kaspersky websites but it does not give me the option to enter my serial number to gain activate code.

Please refer this issue to local distributor in Thailand or the computer shop that you have purchased from.

Anyway, we welcome you to join this forum to share your experience. We all are Kaspersky user!

Hi,

I tried to reply to your "reply" of my post but i see the topic has now been locked. I have tried to contact my local distributor through every means available, website, email, telephone, and i have had no response whatsoever! this problem has nothing to do with the store i purchased it from as the instructions for install and activation process is obviously down to Kaspersky. This software was boxed, the cd was sealed, so i have no problem with the store. It is Thai Kaspersky that need to solve this problem as they have set up the activation process in this way. Please do not give me excuses, give me my activate code, which i am entitled to. My email address is darrenleemorgan@yahoo.com.
I will expect this matter to be resolved today.

Chiwas : today 10 months later, I have the same exact problem!

Only a serial number inside the sealed box and a sealed CD box.
I buy my Kaspersky in a shop who never sell illegal copies, and I have the receipt with invoice number.

Chiwas - if you work or are associated with Kaspersky - why dont you make the guys in charge for Kaspersky International Head office aware that this problem still continue in Thailand?

The way these problems are badly handled, Kaspersky loose a lot of revenue.

If you had wasted many hours as I have today, trying to activate Internet security 2010 - you would be mad too.

And lastly, why close a topic as you did with OP 1st post the day before he started this thread ?
Problem never go away just like that.

When will Kaspersky send me my "activation code" ?

Just checked Chiwas profile = last online 26 september 2009 !

If that is Admin of this forum, and he/she has not been online for almost 3 weeks ...........
